Team Asano, the creative group behind the Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake, has acknowledged their disappointment in unveiling the game as far back as 2021, leaving fans eagerly anticipating a release date reveal that finally came during this week’s Nintendo Direct. Just in case you were occupied with personal grooming activities on June 18, the magic date is November 14.
Prior to a recent teaser drop, scarce details had emerged regarding the game since its initial introduction alongside other Dragon Quest titles in a special Dragon Quest 35th Anniversary livestream. Fans were hungry for additional information about the remake, but the developers weren’t prepared to disclose more at that stage.
In a recent post from the official Twitter account of Bravely Default 2, Team Asano conveyed that they would have managed the announcement differently had they been granted the opportunity to turn back the clock.
