Throughout the Christmas holiday, I had lofty intentions of addressing my extensive gaming backlog. Nevertheless, that did not unfold as anticipated. Although I succeeded in finishing a couple of brief video games, most of my gaming hours were surprisingly allocated to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Diablo 4, and Marvel Rivals. All three titles included the typical microtransactions, but it was Marvel Rivals by NetEase Games that differentiated itself as being captivating and fun, in contrast to the others that seemed more like laborious chores to maintain pace with.
