Douglas Goodall, a mission architect for Morrowind, has rejoined the renowned Bethesda franchise by leveraging mods.
Having spent more than two decades away from Bethesda, Goodall has reengaged with Morrowind by crafting a mod featuring an innovative narrative. Operating under the alias AFFA, Goodall has been contributing his writing expertise to the mod named Red Wisdom – An Ashlandr Prophecy. This customization promises players an odyssey through mystical realms as they uncover the ancient Red Wisdom prophecy. Players will ally with Nirani to unveil concealed truths within the sacred tribal burial grounds, delve into fresh Ashlander traditions, confront ferocious creatures and Daedric outsiders, and reconstruct a puzzle that could influence Morrowind’s destiny.
Highlighted features of the mod include the exploration of a novel cavern employed by the Ahemmusa tribe for honoring their deceased, visits to the outdoor burial grounds of the Erabenimsun and Zainab tribes, acquisition of four Ashlander souvenirs inspired by the elements with bespoke artwork, and an immersive discovery of Ashlander folklore through the challenges faced by a budding Wise Woman pupil.
