My gaming voyage initiated with the SEGA Master System, then moved on to the SEGA Mega Drive, SEGA Mega CD, Sony PlayStation, Nintendo 64, SEGA Dreamcast, PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, PS4, Xbox One, PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, and now the PS5. Each gaming system had its unique charm, and I’ve even imported some to get a sneak peek before their official UK release.
Does my dedication to gaming and its universe, not to mention owning multiple consoles, peripherals, and handheld gadgets, place me in the category of a “hardcore” gamer? Undoubtedly. Nonetheless, I have my apprehensions about the pricing of the PS5 Pro, especially in light of the recent industry uproar.
